Ricky Dean Logan is an Actor most known for his roles in Back to the Future 2 as Data the Hoverboard Guy, and in Back to the Future 3 as a member of Needles Gang in 1989. These roles led to his casting and appearance in the 1991 pilot episode of the Television Series The Flash as Scott, opposite John Wesley Shipp.

In 1991, Ricky Dean's biggest break came when he was cast as Carlos, a young hearing-impaired teen in the 6th installment of Wes Craven's A Nightmare on Elm Street Franchise: Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare. This would lead to a smaller part playing a bloody student in the 1992 feature film Buffy the Vampire Slayer, with Luke Perry and Kristy Swanson.

While he had a mainstay of Made for TV films throughout his career, he is most noted for returning to the world of horror and suspense in films such as Stalked by My Neighbor, Stalked by My Doctor: A Sleepwalker's Nightmare, Psycho Therapy, and Extremity in 2018, with horror friends Felissa Rose and Tiffany Shepis.

Ricky Dean was also cast as Carlos Cochran in 2023 in several music videos as the Defense Attorney for Lead Singer Spencer Charnas in the Metal Core Rock Band Ice Nine Kills: Welcome to Horrorwood series. He reprised his role in several videos over the 2023 and 2024 seasons while trying to get his client exonerated from being falsely accused of being a serial killer on the loose.
