Load-In Schedule
Friday, February 20th, 2026
Approved vendors will be allowed to load in and set up their displays. Detailed load-in times will be provided upon approval.
Vendor Room Hours
- Saturday, Feb 21st: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Sunday, Feb 22nd: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
The vendor room is secured when closed for your peace of mind.
Display Requirements
Maximum height for free-standing displays: 8 feet
This ensures good sightlines for all vendors and safe navigation for attendees.
